Oh well, looks like my favorite cocoa cassava now has its counterpart but this time, a cool drink. Thanks for sharing. I now have another healthy choice.

When you say 'coconut juice' do you mean the thin juice inside a fresh coconut?
I will experiment with coconut cream and also something we get here in the UK for making cocktails called 'Malibu' which is coconut and white rum,

Yep...young coconut juice, NOT coconut milk. Very light and refreshing.
