Chocolate at Slow Food Nation 2008

Bittersweet is very pleased and honored to be curating the chocolate area of the Taste Pavilion at Slow Food Nation 2008. This inaugural year promises to be a wonderful adventure into the US artisanal food scene, and we're particularly excited (naturally) by the opportunity to capture this very interesting transitional moment in the world of fine chocolate. We hope this event will provide an opportunity for open conversation between artisanal chocolate makers and chocolate lovers, so be sure to mark your calendars for this coming Labor Day weekend in San Francisco!
