Health & Chocolate

We get several questions a day at Bittersweet regarding the health effects of chocolate, and so I just thought I'd take a minute to point out several (hopefully) helpful links on the subject:

So don't just take our word for it! If you get excited about the flavinols and antioxidants, just remember that their half-life in the body is short, so the best approach to keep them elevated is small doses throughout the day. A little bit of dark chocolate with every meal ought to do the trick! :-)
